A face mask made of cinnamon and banana can help nourish the skin and give it a healthy glow. Banana includes anti-inflammatory lutein and fatty acids that help treat acne. It also contains zinc, a mineral proven to reduce acne. So the combination of these two definitely can win
To make the mask, add 1 teaspoon of cinnamon powder to 1 ripe banana and mask together to form a paste. Apply for 10 mins and wash.
Cinnamon Facepack with Yogurt
This face pack is good for acne with dry skin, as the lactic acid in curds helps to hydrate the skin and also causes mild exfoliation. It can even help lighten the dark spots of acne. To make this face mask, take three tablespoons of Cinnamon powder and ten tablespoons of yogurt, mix and form a paste. Apply on the face for 15 mins and wash it off with cold water.
